One hundred days since powerful earthquakes devastated Venezuelas coastal state of La Guaira, memories of those who died still linger deeply among those affected. On Friday people gathered with candles and photographs of loved ones for a vigil next to rubble of what used to be a building in Caraballeda, one of the hardest hit neighborhoods in La Guaira.
